Terms & Conditions - The Basics
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND CANCELLATION POLICY
If you do not choose one of our wine packages, you will be charged €10 for each bottle of wine opened and served.
If you do not choose one of our beverage packages, you will be charged €4 for each beverage prepared and served with your order.
Submitting payment constitutes your acceptance of our terms and conditions.
Prices are subject to change until we receive your quote.
Delivery charges are based on the date, time, and location of delivery.
Please inform us of any food allergies or sensitivities when placing your order, and we will clearly label your dishes accordingly.
Payments can be made by bank transfer, cash, or credit card.
A 10% deposit is required to reserve your date.
This amount is non-refundable in case of cancellation.
An additional 50% is due 2 weeks prior to the event date.
The final balance must be received 3 days prior to the event date.
Written confirmation is required to validate the Cancellation Policy.
Upon receipt of written confirmation:
More than 2 weeks before the event: 100% refund of all payments made (excluding the 10% deposit).
Less than 2 weeks before the performance: 50% refund of all payments made (excluding the 10% deposit).
Less than 5 days before the event: No refunds will be issued.
